Moong Dal Pasta
A healthier pasta for the whole family.
Sproutling Moong Dal Pasta is designed for families who want to enjoy their favourite pasta while adding more nutrition to everyday meals. We’ve replaced refined flour with the goodness of moong dal and jowar, creating a pasta that’s naturally more wholesome and satisfying.
Why Moong Dal? Moong dal is a naturally protein-rich lentil that’s also a good source of dietary fibre and essential nutrients, making it a great ingredient for balanced meals.
Why Jowar? Jowar is an ancient millet that adds fibre and important minerals while making the pasta more nourishing.
A small amount of semolina is included only to give the pasta its perfect shape, texture, and cooking quality.
