Key Ingredients:
Quinoa powder (freeze-dried): Quinoa is a complete protein source. It is gluten-free and aids in baby’s development and growth. The quinoa we use at sproutling is boiled and then freeze-dried, thus it is easy on their stomachs.
Moong Dal Powder (Freeze-dried): Moong Dal is rich in fibre, iron, and protein, lentils are excellent for sustaining energy levels and promoting general growth. Moong dal is boiled and then freeze dried.
Peas Powder (Freeze-dried): Peas are a great source of fibre, plant protein, antioxidants, vitamins A, C, and K, and potassium. Peas are first blanched and then freeze dried.
Carrot Powder (Freeze-dried): Packed with beta-carotene and vitamin A, carrots are great for immune system development and eye health. Carrot is first blanched and then freeze dried.
How to Prepare:
- Clean your hands and utensils before feeding your baby.
- Take 20g (approximately 2 tablespoons) of the quinoa and dal khichdi from the packet.
- Mix with 120ml (1/2 c) of warm water.
- Stir well to make the baby khichdi lump-free.
- Let it cool to a suitable temperature and feed your baby.
