Key Ingredients:

  • Freeze-dried Jowar powder: Jowar is a nutrient powerhouse that is carbohydrate, protein, and fibre rich. It is also a great source of iron, potassium, phosphorous, and calcium. Jowar is first boiled and then freeze dried.
  • Freeze-dried raw banana powder: Raw green banana powder has a high amount of antioxidants, and phytonutrients and is an amazing source of potassium, vitamin C, and B 6
  • Dry roasted Makhana Powder: Makhana is low in fat and high in carbohydrates. It’s a rich source of protein and fibre along with various vitamins and minerals.
  • Dry Roasted Almond Powder: Almonds are rich in vital nutrients and healthy fats. They contribute to brain development and overall growth.

How to Prepare:

  1. Clean your hands and utensils before feeding your baby.
  2. Take 20g (approximately 2 tablespoons) of the baby phirni from the packet.
  3. Mix with 120ml (1/2 c) of warm water or breast milk.
  4. Stir well to make the baby phirni lump-free.
  5. Let it cool to a suitable temperature and feed your baby.
