Due to the nature of our products as consumable infant foods, we are only able to accept returns and process refunds under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon delivery, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
- Incorrect Item Shipped: If you received the wrong item, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 7 days, and we will arrange for an exchange or issue a refund.
Please Note: Due to health and safety concerns, we are unable to accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-refundable, including:
- Products purchased more than 7 days after delivery.
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
- Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable.”
3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

- Processing Your Request: Once we receive your request, we will review the details and, if eligible, arrange for a return shipping label or a replacement at no additional cost.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Refund Processing Time
After your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error.
