Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we are here to assist you if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. Please take a moment to review our refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of our products as consumable infant foods, we can only accept returns and process refunds under the following conditions:

 

    • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective item upon delivery, please notify us within 7 days of receiving it. This time limit ensures that the product was indeed damaged during transit and not due to mishandling after delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
    • Incorrect Item Shipped: We apologize for any inconvenience caused by receiving the wrong Item. Please get in touch with us within 7 days, and we will arrange for an exchange or issue a refund.

Please Note: Due to health and safety concerns, we are unable to accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

 

    • Products purchased more than 7 days after delivery.
    • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
    • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable.”

3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To initiate a refund or replacement, please follow these steps:

Including a photo or video of the damaged or defective product will help us process your request more efficiently. Our team will respond to your request within 24 hours and guide you through the following steps.
    2. Processing Your Request: Once we receive your request, we will promptly review the details and, if eligible, arrange a return shipping label or a replacement at no additional cost. Your request is in good hands.
    3. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used during the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.

4. Refund Processing Time

After your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order. We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or sent in error.

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy for Our Cookbook

We’re so glad you chose to order our cookbook! Each copy is carefully packed with love and care. However, we do understand that sometimes things can go wrong during transit.
 
Please read our policy below:
1. Returns & Refunds
All cookbook purchases are final. We do not offer returns or refunds on books once they have been shipped.
2. Exchange Only in Case of Damage
We offer an exchange only if the book is received in a damaged condition (e.g., torn, wet, misprinted, or with missing pages).
 
To be eligible for an exchange:
  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Send us clear images of the damaged product, along with your order ID and delivery details.
  • An unboxing video of the book upon receipt is kindly requested as part of the process.

Note: Damages caused after delivery or due to mishandling will not be eligible for exchange.
 3. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • In case of incorrect address or failed delivery due to customer error, reshipping charges will apply.
  • If the package is returned to us, we will contact you for reshipment, but no refunds will be issued.
4. Processing & Shipping Time
  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days.
